Rate: £16.91 per hour (Umbrella PAYE)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm

The Role
We are looking for a Repairs Administrator to join the busy Property Services team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and managing repairs and maintenance requests, acting as a central point of contact between tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
1. Logging and managing all incoming repair and maintenance requests via phone, email, and online platforms
2. Liaising with tenants to assess the urgency and nature of reported issues
3. Scheduling and coordinating works with approved contractors
4. Monitoring progress and providing timely updates to all stakeholders
5. Maintaining accurate records of works, costs, and communications on internal systems
Key Skills & Experience
6. Previous experience in property services, maintenance coordination, or a similar administrative role
7. Knowledge of Schedule of Rates (SOR) preferred
8. Strong communication and organisational skills
9. Confident using property management software and IT systems
10. Proactive, problem-solving approach with strong attention to detail
