You will be responsible for overseeing the operational side of the business within the Midlands and mentoring where necessary. You will look at retaining and increasing existing business and identify opportunity to grow business. Budget responsibility and compliance will aslo be key elements to this position. The successful candidate will have a background of commercial cleaning or facilities management and will be confident with plenty of energy to help drive the business into new areas of profitability. The salary on offer is £40000 to £45000 depending on experience plus car/car allowance for this unique opportunity
