As demand increases, we're looking for a Composite Laminator to join our talented team. Role Overview
As a Composite Laminator, you'll be working hands-on with composite parts, following technical drawings and build manuals to complete high-precision lamination tasks. You'll receive on-the-job training and support from experienced technicians.
Key Responsibilities
* Laminate composite parts to exact specifications
* Bag components for autoclave curing using standard processes
* Follow technical drawings and build manuals accurately
* Complete required paperwork including time sheets and route cards
* Maintain a safe, clean work area and comply with all health & safety regulations
What We're Looking For
Required:
* Confident using hand tools and air tools
* Great attention to detail and pride in your work
* A team player with a willingness to learn
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Comfortable working in a high-quality, fast-paced environment
Preferred:
* Experience in composite manufacturing or similar industry
* Knowledge of composite component construction
* Ability to read and understand build manuals and drawings
* Experience with fine finishing or auto body repair
