Our client is a growing service‑led organisation offering Facilities Management services including waste, cleaning and other commercial solutions. This field‑based new business role focuses on identifying decision makers, opening doors and winning SME customers. You will manage your own diary, build a strong pipeline and drive revenue growth across the Bristol region.
Responsibilities
* Identify and qualify new business opportunities across the SME market.
* Research prospects and develop targeted outreach plans to generate leads.
* Build relationships with new clients and develop tailored proposals.
* Negotiate contracts and close agreements in line with revenue and margin goals.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
Key Duties
* Target SME businesses across the Bristol region.
* Manage your own diary and field sales activity.
* Build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
* Prepare proposals, presentations and performance reports.
* Work closely with internal teams to support growth priorities.
Ideal Candidate
* Located within 45 minutes of Bristol.
* Proven new business sales or business development experience.
* Hungry, determined and confident opening new doors.
* Professional, hard‑working and self‑motivated.
* Ambitious with a genuine desire to progress.
