This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with an experienced Head Chef, developing both your cooking and financial skills. You’ll be part of a supportive, passionate team in a well-established venue with a strong reputation for quality food and service. You’ll have input into menus and specials, while maintaining high standards across food quality, hygiene, and kitchen organisation. You’ll also support training and development of junior team members. With direct access to the owners, decisions are made quickly and investment in the kitchen is always supported.
