The school are looking for a friendly, pro-active individual with strong behaviour management skills and the ability to confidently to build rapport. This role will involve working in classrooms,1:1 or small group settings with students aged 11- 18 whilst supporting the class teacher and their GSCE journey.\n\nThe school - Teaching Assistant\n\nThe school is a mainstream, mixed secondary school based in Croydon.
