You will be brought in to elevate creative quality, introduce fresh thinking and help set higher standards across email touchpoints for a global consumer-focused organisation.

The Role and Deliverables
• Create clear, engaging copy for email campaigns supporting retail, ecommerce and FMCG activity.
• Develop concise and effective supporting copy that complements existing design work.
• Adapt tone of voice across different brands and audiences, ensuring alignment with varying brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with CRM, marketing and design teams to refine and improve creative outputs.
• Support the uplift of email journeys by improving clarity, consistency and overall customer experience.
Your Skills & Experience
• Strong experience writing copy for email and CRM campaigns within retail, ecommerce or FMCG environments.
• Ability to quickly understand and apply different tone of voice frameworks across multiple brands.
• Confident crafting concise, impactful copy that enhances visual design rather than competing with it.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with CRM, marketing and creative teams.
• Brings fresh thinking from outside regulated or tobacco-related categories.
