We are currently seeking a passionate Support Worker to join our Complex Needs Service in Hammersmith and Fulham.
What Will You Be Doing?
As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in helping clients manage their health, wellbeing, and independence. Your responsibilities will include:
* Empowering clients to identify their strengths and achieve their goals.
* Supporting engagement with community professionals and clearly explaining service pathways.
* Co-producing group activities and fostering peer networks.
* Promoting client safety and participation while maintaining accurate records and confidentiality.
* Assisting with tenancy management, including rent collection and voids.
* Helping clients build independent living skills.
* Working flexibly within the team to support health and safety, property maintenance, budgeting, and resource management.

Key Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
* A solid understanding of health and safety in accommodation-based settings.
* Experience working with individuals with mental health needs.
* Basic knowledge of housing management, including maintenance and repairs.
* Strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills for clear communication.
* A sound understanding of safeguarding practices to ensure the safety of service users.
