Working in a contact centre environment the duties include…
* Responding to customer queries in a friendly and courteous manner
* Understand a customer need and the best solution, dealing with any enquiries and keeping the customer updated int e process of their order.
* Update the internal CRM systems and process sales data on Excel in an accurate and efficient manner,
* Processing payments when required.
* Manage customer complaints in a professional manner and help to find a resolution that best for both parties
* Use opportunities to upsell services to customers additional to their general enquiry and advise promotions
* Monitor the inboxes, web enquiries and respond appropriately.
* Provide an accurate quote to the customer and call at a later date to follow up if required.
