CRM Executive

Location: Liverpool (hybrid, 2 days per week in office)

Salary: Up to £35,000 + benefits (25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension, life assurance, eye care scheme).

The company is currently undergoing a major digital transformation, investing in modernising its CRM, analytics, and customer engagement capabilities to drive sustainable growth and retention. With new leadership and a fresh commercial strategy, this is a unique opportunity to join a business entering a new phase of innovation and digital expansion.

The Role

This is a newly created CRM Executive position designed to support the company’s evolving digital marketing function. Reporting into the CRM Manager, you’ll play a key role in planning, delivering, and optimising lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels. It’s a hands-on role, ideal for someone with 1–2 years’ experience in CRM or retention marketing who wants to take ownership of end-to-end campaigns and contribute ideas within a fast-paced, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

* Execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and on-site messaging.
* Build and send email campaigns using drag-and-drop editors.
* Support lifecycle and retention campaigns alongside the CRM Manager.
* Ensure consistency across creative, tone, and messaging.

Data & Insight

* Collaborate with the Insights and Marketing teams to analyse campaign performance.
* Identify opportunities to improve segmentation, targeting, and conversion rates.
* Monitor key CRM KPIs, including open rates, CTR, retention, and reactivation.

CRM Strategy Support

* Work with the CRM Manager to refine and implement the customer engagement strategy.
* Coordinate with the external CRM agency managing specific retention streams.
* Contribute to the ongoing optimisation of CRM activity for multiple product verticals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Work closely with Product, Commercial, and Customer Experience teams to align messaging.
* Support the rollout of new digital initiatives and help shape CRM best practices.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

* 1–2 years’ experience in CRM, retention, or email marketing.
* Experience managing campaigns across multiple channels (email, SMS, push).
* Strong communication and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
* Commercially minded and data-driven, comfortable interpreting campaign results.
* Experience using a major CRM platform (e.g. Salesforce, Braze, Iterable, or ExtremePush).

Desirable:

* Basic HTML knowledge for email editing.
* Exposure to gaming, entertainment, or subscription-based businesses.
* Understanding of customer segmentation, loyalty, and retention strategy.

Working Pattern

* Based in Liverpool, currently hybrid with 1 day remote (moving to 2 days per week in the office).
* The company will relocate to modern offices at the Liverpool in early 2026.
