The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, youll manage your own busy temporary desk within the Primary education sector. Your day-to-day will include: Building and nurturing strong relationships with schools. Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality teachers and support staff. Managing a fast-paced temporary desk with urgency and accuracy. Developing new business opportunities and expanding your client base. Providing exceptional candidate care, ensuring retention and repeat bookings. Working collaboratively with a supportive team who share best practice. This is a role where no two days look the same youll be speaking to schools, meeting candidates, visiting clients, and making placements that genuinely make a difference. About You Youll be an experienced recruiter with a strong understanding of the temporary recruitment cycle. You will bring: Experience in a fast-paced temp recruitment environment. A proven track record of consistent billings and hitting targets. Strong candidate generation and pipeline management skills. The ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards. A passion for delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
