We’re excited to be recruiting for this senior role on behalf of a well-established and highly respected pensions organisation. This newly created leadership role is a fantastic opportunity for a senior pensions professional with deep experience in DC CRM.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the DC client engagement and retention strategy, driving client satisfaction, service innovation, and growth across a diverse and high-profile client portfolio.
Day-to-day you will be
* Managing and mentoring a team of CRMs
* Acting as a DC subject matter expert for both internal teams and sponsoring employers.
* Supporting new business pitches and managing relationships with newly onboarded DC clients.
* Presenting the DC proposition at client meetings
* Driving service improvements in response to client feedback
* Identifying opportunities to enhance revenue
Candidate must haves
* Proven experience in DC relationship management within trust-based schemes, a DC consultancy, or a platform provider.
* Strong technical understanding of DC legislation, governance, and investment options.
This role can be considered on a hybrid or remote-working basis.
