We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team based in Swadlincote as a Telesales Executive.
Job Role:
Your key responsibilities will include:
* To identify and secure new business opportunities by prospecting potential customers.
* Ensure all communication is recorded and leads are chased within agreed time frame
* Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Achieve call and sales targets ultimately contributing to the company's growth.
* Support other departments and have a cross-departmental attitude
* Provide sales updates to senior management
In addition to Telesales, you may be required to help in the Sales Department
* Taking calls
* Processing customers orders, invoices and dealing with queries.
* Trade counter sales
* General office admin
* Admin on company website
Qualifications:
What we are looking for:
* Must have knowledge of Office 365 (excel, word & outlook)
* Professional approach to all daily tasks
* Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
* The ability to build good business relationships with our customers
* A history of working in the industry or in a sales/admin role
* 2 years recent and proven sales experience
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Working Hours: 10am - 2pm Monday-Friday
Must be flexible to cover busy periods and holiday cover.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21 per hour
