Project Architect - Healthcare (3-5 years Experience) Midlands, UK Full-time | Hybrid options available Salary: £45-52k based on experience An established and growing architectural practice in the Midlands is seeking a talented Project Architect with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience and a proven background in healthcare architecture. This is a key role for an ambitious architect looking to contribute to meaningful healthcare projects across the UK. The Role The successful candidate will take responsibility for delivering healthcare and complex public sector schemes through all RIBA stages, with a particular focus on stages 2-6. This position involves project leadership, consultant coordination, technical oversight, and engagement with clients and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Leading medium to large-scale healthcare projects through all design and delivery phases Managing project teams and collaborating with consultants, clients, and statutory bodies Developing technical drawings and specifications with a strong command of compliance standards Supporting junior staff and contributing to a collaborative studio culture Ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget project delivery Candidate Requirements ARB-registered architect (or overseas equivalent) with 3-5 years of UK-based post-qualification experience Demonstrable experience on healthcare projects (NHS or similar) Strong Revit proficiency essential BIM coordination experience advantageous Sound understanding of UK Building Regulations and healthcare compliance Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills To apply, please submit a CV and relevant portfolio to Karen at (url removed) to arrange a confidential discussion.
