Receptionist / Showroom Host - Toyota Sandhurst

Tuesday 8am - 6pm, Thursday 8.30am - 12.30pm, Friday 8am - 6pm

Daily Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome customers and visitors professionally
* Record calls and visits accurately, relay messages promptly
* Manage emails and handle customer inquiries
* Maintain a clean and welcoming showroom and waiting area
* Support additional tasks to ensure smooth operations
Helpful Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in customer service, with a focus on delivering positive experiences
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quick learner of new systems
