Key Responsibilities
* Deliver tailored housing advice to clients at risk of homelessness.
* Assess housing needs and develop personalised prevention plans.
* Liaise with landlords, housing providers, and support services to secure accommodation and resolve tenancy issues.
* Manage caseloads efficiently, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies.
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
* Support clients through the application process for housing assistance and benefits.
