The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Primary Teacher to join a supportive school within the trust on a long-term basis starting in May.
This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and ECTs who are looking to build experience in a well-led, inclusive primary school environment.
The Role Includes:
* Teaching a Year 3 class and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons
* Planning in line with the National Curriculum
* Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
* Adapting learning to meet the needs of all pupils
* Monitoring, assessing, and tracking pupil progress
* Working collaboratively with staff and contributing to wider school life
Who We’re Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Passion for primary education and child development
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
* Ability to adapt and be flexible within the school setting
* Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
* ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
