We need an English-fluent Lead Generator (Hubspot Expert), based in Latin America, available to work remotely. We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills. Are you the one we are looking for? Responsibilities: Perform daily outbound lead generation (emails, calls, LinkedIn outreach). Book qualified meetings. Ensure high meeting attendance and lead qualification rates. Meet monthly revenue contribution goals through cold outreach. Maintain and update lead data accurately. Collaborate with Account Executives to optimize conversion rates. Identify and engage ideal customer profiles across target industries. Manage timelines to ensure timely deal progression. Requirements: 2 years of experience selling HubSpot. Selling HubSpot as a platform to other businesses, understanding how to pitch and deploy HubSpot solutions for different industries (e.g., e-commerce, SaaS, services, retail), ability to articulate HubSpot’s features, limitations, and use cases based on the prospect's business model. Outbound BDR experience. Proven success booking 3–5 weekly meetings via cold outreach, comfortable with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, cold email, etc. Familiarity with setting appointments and qualifying leads. SaaS or B2B experience preferred, especially selling into companies with $10M to $100M ARR, ideally above $50M and B2B SaaS or B2B service companies. Tech-savvy and highly familiar with CRMs. Deep understanding of how HubSpot integrates with workflows and tool. Experience with Salesforce is a plus. Fluent in English. Able to hold professional conversations and pitch effectively to U.S.-based clients. Compensation: The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,000 - $1,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
