We are currently looking for New Home Sales Advisors for a stunning development in Salisbury. Looking for someone with New Home Sales experience and would also consider a trainee with some property exposure either in lettings or estate agency.
Base salary of up to £34,000 and a realistic OTE of £55,000+
Thursday to Monday shift pattern. 1 weekend off in 4.
A bit about the job:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Sales Team. The role typically reports into the Field Sales Manager/Head of Sales/Sales Director.
As a New Homes Sales Negotiator, you'll be at the heart of our beautiful developments, guiding buyers through one of the most exciting decisions of their lives. You'll manage the entire journey from first inquiry to the moment we hand over the keys.
What You'll Do
* Welcome and engage prospective buyers, offering expert advice on our homes and lifestyle offerings
* Conduct in-person and virtual viewings, showcasing the high standards and quality of our developments
* Manage the full sales process smoothly and efficiently
* Stay informed on pricing, incentives, and property details to support informed decisions
* Collaborate with marketing and development teams to promote new launches and offers
What type of candidate are we looking for?
* Proven experience in new homes sales, property, or estate agency
* Full UK driving licence
* A passion for providing exceptional customer service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Target-driven, proactive, and adaptable
