Community Host / Service Supervisor - Cambridge, CB2 0AA
Full time | 40 hours per week | £15.27 per hour
Shifts between 06:30 - 22:00 and weekends 08:00-16:30. Site specific benefits and Sodexo employee benefits package included.
What You'll Do
* To take responsibility for the unit in the absence of the Restaurant and Hospitality Lead.
* Receive deliveries, process invoices, take accurate stock counts and maintain stock at required levels.
* Supervise the delivery of all soft FM services, including daily cleaning, periodic deep cleans, waste management, washroom services, pest control, and grounds maintenance.
* Enforce relevant statutory, company and site OH&S compliance and monitor related equipment.
* Motivate, engage and lead Coffee Bar Team to perform at a high standard aligned with Sodexo policies and procedures.
* Ensure prompt provision and efficient service of all Coffee bar and catering requirements to standards specified in KPIs and catering guidelines.
* Be the face of Cafes service and manage front and back of house operations.
* Ensure accountancy documentation and administration procedures comply with Sodexo Way standards and complete weekly/monthly returns on time.
* Maintain safety by monitoring Health & Safety practices and reporting issues as required.
* Collaborate with internal teams to support a seamless workplace experience.
