We have a fantastic opportunity for a Property Manager to join our client 's Whybrow branch.
Whybrow has been established for over 30 years and is looking to expand its commercial property management division. The company has a strong reputation in the commercial sector, backed by significant experience within its directorship and a prestigious client database.
Now part of our client's group, Whybrow operates across various property domains, including residential agency, commercial ventures, lettings, financial services, professional survey work, new builds, and land development. This integration offers an excellent opportunity to leverage the group's extensive database of 100,000 contacts.
Requirements:
* Understanding and experience of relevant commercial legislation, including the Landlord and Tenant Act law
* Ability to liaise with clients and potential clients
* Experience with commercial property software
* Handling landlord and tenant issues
* Conducting property inspections
* Managing works and contractors
* Tracking and chasing rent collection and arrears
* Managing and reconciling service charges
* Maintaining and updating property records
* Ensuring the smooth operation of the department
Location:
The main Whybrow office is based in Colchester; however, our client is looking to expand the team outside of Colchester across Essex.
Hours of Work:
Full time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm. Once fully competent and after successfully completing the probation period, two days hybrid working will be available.
