About the Role Supporting children across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 with a variety of SEN needs, including: Autism (ASC) Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH) Speech, Language and Communication needs Learning difficulties Providing tailored 1:1 and small-group support Working closely with class teachers, SENCO and other professionals Helping to create an inclusive, positive learning environment Contributing to pupils’ progress through adaptive strategies and differentiated activities The School Are Looking For Someone Who: ✓ Is patient, nurturing and resilient ✓ Has experience supporting children with additional needs (school-based or otherwise) ✓ Can build strong, trusting relationships with pupils ✓ Works well as part of a team and takes initiative ✓ Is committed to the full academic year Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
