What’s in it for you Salary of £27,000 – £30,000 DOE with clear responsibility and impact in your day-to-day work Clifton Village base with a parking permit included Petrol and parking expenses covered during working hours when you’re out on the road ARLA exam sponsorship, with training provided and costs covered (study in your own time) Supportive team environment with on-the-job training and space to develop your career What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Property Manager Looking after a busy portfolio of around 180 residential homes across Bristol from the Clifton office Carrying out checkouts, mid-term visits and other inspections, making sure each home stays compliant and in good condition Coordinating maintenance issues end-to-end, from first report through to completed repair, keeping everyone updated Acting as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors, handling queries confidently and professionally Managing day-to-day administration and phone enquiries so nothing falls through the cracks Keeping accurate records up to date in the in-house systems so the portfolio runs smoothly and efficiently What you’ll bring to the table as a Property Manager Previous experience in residential lettings or management, with a good grasp of how tenancies are run day to day Strong organisational and time-management skills, able to stay on top of a busy and varied workload Confident communication skills, comfortable dealing with landlords, residents and contractors over phone and email Willingness to learn, develop professionally and work towards ARLA qualifications with support from the team Working hours: 8.45am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
