Support onboarding, training, and wider people-focused activities
Take the lead on employee relations matters, overseeing cases through to resolution
Assist with wider HR initiatives aimed at improving processes and employee experience
Support managers in handling performance, absence, and conduct-related issues confidently and fairly
What We’re Looking For:
Clear and professional communication style with a practical mindset
Ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload with minimal supervision
Experience working in a generalist HR role at Advisor level
Comfortable building relationships and influencing stakeholders across different teams
Strong understanding of employee relations processes and confidence managing cases independently
Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
High level of organisation and strong attention to detail
Experience supporting the full employee lifecycle within a business environment
CIPD qualification or similar
Background in arts, culture, or not-for-profit environments
Well suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, working closely with managers, and being involved in a wide range of HR activity in a collaborative setting
