Marketing Manager – Medication Delivery (MedTech)Location: [Insert City/Country] | Type: Full-Time | Salary: £70,000 – £85,000 | Relocation Support: Yes Key Responsibilities:- Lead full product lifecycle: strategy, launch, commercialization, registration, tender support, performance tracking, and discontinuation. - Align portfolio strategy with global/regional direction while driving local execution and prioritization. - Deeply understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform decision-making. - Collaborate with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to shape integrated go-to-market plans. - Define clear, compelling value propositions tailored to customer segments and channels. - Develop locally relevant marketing content — especially tender-related materials, sales collateral, and digital assets. - Ensure sales enablement through tools, training, and pricing guidance aligned with global frameworks. - Deliver portfolio training and support commercial excellence across regions. Who You Are:- 5–7 years in MedTech marketing or product management — technical marketing expertise preferred. - Experience operating in multi-country environments (beyond UK/Nordics). - Strong ability to influence without authority; excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Analytical mindset — able to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable plans. - Proactive, hands-on, ownership-driven — thrives in fast-paced, high-volume settings. - Solid financial acumen; experience with tenders, pricing frameworks, and commercial P&L. - Fluent English required. Other languages welcome but not mandatory. - Willing to travel up to 30–40%. On-site presence preferred 4 days/week.
