THE GIST:
Our client, an impressive mission-driven venture capital firm, seeks a stellar Executive Assistant to support multiple executives in a remote capacity. This role will provide expert-level administrative support to a team of executives and will expertly streamline their daily priorities. The ideal candidate has experience supporting executives in venture capital or at a startup. Role is remote based out of London/UK.

THE NITTY GRITTY:
* Act as an extension of the executive team & firm with professionalism and polish
* Expertly prioritize executives' time, oversee calendar management, organize meetings, and address scheduling conflicts
* Prepare for a variety of meetings and calls, note important action items, and send corresponding follow-ups
* Coordinate travel and prepare itineraries
* Exhibit superior levels of discretion & confidentiality in all interactions
* Manage email inbox and respond to internal & external communications with a sense of urgency & professionalism
* Prepare presentations and meeting materials
* Plan company events, offsites, and meetings
* Track and process expenses
* Assist with various tasks and projects, as needed
THE ESSENTIALS:
* 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
* Experience working in venture capital and/or a startup required
* Bachelor's degree required
* Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment
* Strategic & process-oriented mindset
* Clear & concise communication style
* Superb organizational skills
* Adaptable nature and ability to shift priorities as needed

COMPENSATION: $100k -110k base salary + bonus + benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, location, experience, and expertise)
