Location: Contracted to our Peterborough office with the flexibility for hybrid working.
Contract type: Permanent.
Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours per week.
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.

About the charity
Kidney disease already affects ten per cent of the UK population and is growing. The charity is driven by the desire to improve the lives of people living with kidney disease, with a vision that everyone lives free from kidney disease. They fund research, collaborate with clinicians and scientists, lobby governments, and work closely with patients to ensure their voice is heard.
Role overview
With a newly refreshed strategy and ambitious plans for the future, we need a Head of Digital Marketing to lead the development and building of our digital presence. The role will focus on growing our audience‑base, enabling strong and responsive relationships, and driving awareness and understanding of kidney disease.
Key responsibilities
 * Lead digital strategy and transformation initiatives within a charity or values‑led organisation.
 * Deliver major digital projects, ensuring high standards and measurable impact.
 * Lead, develop and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications and experience
 * Proven track record of delivering digital transformation or major digital projects.
 * Experience in a digital leadership role within a charity or values‑led organisation.
 * Leadership skills to develop and motivate a multi‑disciplinary team.
