About the Role
We're looking for a part-time Sales Account Manager to join our small, supportive team in Hereford.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, is organised, and likes a varied role.
You'll be responsible for looking after a group of existing customer accounts and helping them with their orders, queries and product needs. You'll also have the chance to grow your accounts and earn commission for meeting monthly sales targets.
Don't worry if you don't have sales experience — full training will be provided.
What You'll Be Doing
* Building relationships with existing customers by phone and email
* Taking and processing orders
* Helping customers with product enquiries
* Working towards monthly sales targets (with support from your team)
* Supporting general office tasks and helping other departments when needed
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Friendly, confident and happy speaking with customers
* Organised and able to manage tasks efficiently
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Willing to learn and motivated by targets
* A real team player who's happy to help wherever needed
Sales experience is a bonus, but not essential — a great attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
