A leading security systems integrator is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and develop key accounts across the North, primarily within the healthcare and education sectors.
Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
* Act as the main point of contact for key accounts
* Understand client objectives and provide tailored security solutions
* Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
* Achieve individual KPI's and sales targets
Requirements
* Strong knowledge of the integrated electronic security industry
* Proven experience in account management or business development within security systems
* Understanding of integrated solutions including CCTV, Access Control, Intruder and Fire systems
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Experience within healthcare and/or education sectors advantageous
* Full UK driving licence
