Job Description
The role of a Care Professional is to achieve the highest quality of life for the older members of our community. This means providing basic care but also encouraging activities to keep people active, engaged, and confident .
As Care Professionals we receive:
1. Competitive rates of pay up to £13 per hour.

Various working patterns available. You are required to work every other weekend.

Qualifications
12. Experience in supporting an older person in a personal capacity is ideal but not necessary.
13. You will have a passion for supporting others and pride yourself on finding creative ways to improve a person's life.
14. You will be reliable, trustworthy, compassionate and respectful.
15. Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
16. Available to work every other weekend is a must.
17. Driving Licence needed to work surrounding areas.

Care Professionals are matched with individuals that we support, based on personality, interests and hobbies which help build strong and trusting relationships. Visits with our clients are a minimum of one hour each with sufficient time to really care. We regularly receive training and support to learn new skills and develop in our careers
