Mechanical Supervisor / Mechanical Project Engineer / Mechanical Site Manager Salary: £50,000 – £57,000 (DOE) Sector: Building Services / M&E We are seeking Mechanical Supervisors, Mechanical Project Engineers, and Mechanical Site Managers to support the delivery of mechanical building services projects across commercial and construction environments. These site-based roles are responsible for supervising, coordinating, and delivering mechanical works safely, to specification, and in line with programme and quality requirements. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate mechanical building services works on site * Manage mechanical subcontractors and direct labour * Ensure installations meet drawings, specifications, and programme requirements * Oversee HVAC, pipework, plant, and associated mechanical systems * Carry out quality inspections, snagging, and defect resolution * Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities * Ensure compliance with health & safety legislation, RAMS, and site procedures * Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, consultants, and other trades * Attend site meetings and provide progress updates Qualifications & Requirements * NVQ Level 3 or above in Mechanical Building Services (or equivalent) * SMSTS or SSSTS (depending on role) ...
