The Role
The successful candidate will work as part of the multi-disciplinary Health Visitor team to support initiatives in the community, taking a holistic approach to promoting general health and well being under the guidance of Registered Nurses. They will also provide clinical and clerical support in order to ensure the smooth running of the service.

What we'll need you to bring
1. SVQ III in Healthcare or working towards or equivalent working in the role.
2. Ability to work with people and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
3. Ability to work unsupervised.
4. Effective written, verbal and electronic communication skills.
5. Ability to carry out assigned tasks effectively in a busy environment.
6. Proficient IT skills which including a working of microsoft packages.
7. Car driver with valid a full, valid UK/EU/EEA licence

9. Willing to undertake Further Education relevant to role
10. Clerical experience
11. Data input to IT systems
12. Experience of IT systems, MORSE, Clinical portal, PECOS, Trakcare
13. Breastfeeding knowledge
14. Safe and together knowledge
15. Minute taking skills
16. Knowledge of Microsoft word/ Microsoft excel
17. Ability to work unsupervised

Please note this is a part time post and the salary for this position will be pro-rata.
Location
This role will be based in Heath Visiting within Lanark Health Centre.
