About the Role As a Telesales Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial growth. Your mission is to identify, qualify, and progress new business opportunities, generating high-quality appointments for our Sales team. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development colleagues, you’ll play a vital role in helping us connect with prospective clients and showcase the value Axil brings to organisations across the UK. ?? What You'll Be Doing Proactively contacting prospective clients via telephone and email Building connections and engaging professionally via LinkedIn Researching and qualifying new business opportunities Generating your own leads through creative outreach and targeted activity Maintaining accurate, high-quality data within our CRM system (HubSpot) Supporting the wider commercial team with excellent organisational and administrative skills Taking a structured, proactive approach to your work, with a focus on results and continuous improvement ?? What We’re Looking For Essential Skills & Attributes Strong commercial awareness and sales focus Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot advantageous) Data-driven with excellent attention to detail Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels Adaptable, proactive and resilient Excellent verbal and written communication A collaborative team player with a passion for self-development Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Desirable Previous experience in a telesales, inside sales or lead generation role Background in the waste management or sustainability sector Hours of work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week based at our Head Office in Corby. Pay Starting salary of £27,300 per annum, with potential to earn a bonus per annum based on agreed targets, KPI's and Company performance.
