Responsibilities
* Line management responsibility for the practice team.
* Support the clinical team to deliver NHS and Private objectives.
* Profit and Loss management – manage costs effectively and identify opportunities for business growth.
* Review business reports to ensure the efficient and profitable running of the practice.
* Supervise all banking procedures, including deposits, payments, reconciliation and debt management.
* Keep all practice documentation up to date including policies, procedures and handbooks.
* Ensure practice compliance with all Health and Safety requirements.
Skills and Experience
* Dental Practice Management experience.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Experience responsible for business performance, working to KPIs and targets, and managing Profit and Loss.
* Staff management experience, including appraisals and performance management.
* Enthusiasm and motivation to contribute to growing the practice and developing colleagues.
* Hold CQC registration as a Practice Manager or willingness to complete necessary requirements (including DBS check) to obtain registration.
