Job Summary
Customer Technical Support Engineer – Full Time / Permanent. Location: UK Office – Barnsley, South Yorkshire. Salary negotiable based on experience.
Responsibilities
* Provide remote support (telephone and remote) for a range of IT and AV products.
* Visit customers across the country to deliver on‑site technical assistance.
* Assist and resolve customer issues related to general IT and network‑related technologies.
* Travel to customer sites when required; a full driving licence is essential.
Qualifications
* Self‑motivated with good organisational and communication skills.
* Sound understanding of general IT and network technologies.
* Previous experience as an IT technician or helpdesk engineer is preferred.
* Customer‑relationship skills and the ability to work independently.
