Payroll Administrator – Oldbury Full-Time | ️ Temporary SF Recruitment are recruiting a stand alone Payroll Administrator in Oldbury who are seeking a dedicated individual to join their team and take responsibility for the end-to-end payroll process. The Role: As Payroll Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for a weekly and monthly employees. You’ll work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure compliance with payroll legislation and deliver excellent service to employees. Key Responsibilities: Processing weekly and monthly payroll for 100–500 employees Managing starters, leavers, and contract changes Calculating statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP) and deductions Submitting RTI and pension contributions to HMRC and relevant providers Handling payroll queries from staff and management Producing payroll reports for management Supporting audits and year-end processes including P60s and P11Ds ✅ What You’ll Need: Previous experience in a payroll position (essential) Strong knowledge of PAYE, NI, and statutory deductions Familiarity with payroll systems (ITRENT) Good Excel skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Ready to apply?
