This role has responsibility for leading two key areas of transformational change for SEATS GB.
The first area is focused on Business Transformation, which involves ensuring our 3-year transformational plan is well aligned with business functions.
The second area is focused on coaching the organisation in developing and driving an effective Continuous Improvement journey.
Scope of responsibilities
* Matrix alignment with all business transformation leaders to ensure integration and a cohesive transformational portfolio of projects is maintained
* Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement and innovation that values learning and a commitment to quality.
* Ensure team members of transformational projects, though they are not direct reports, receive timely and appropriate feedback, training and development in coordination with project managers.
* Support the building of a network of staff engaged in initiatives at Company and BU levels to ensure visibility and alignment of SGB activities with Company
* Mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach involved in the main transformational projects
* Leader of the CI Team
* Management responsibilities for several Black Belt CI Leaders
