Senior Electrical Engineer - Building Services (Hybrid/Remote)
Location: Nottingham (primarily remote working)
Salary: Up to £58,000 + benefits
A well-established and rapidly growing multidisciplinary consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior Electrical Engineer to join its expanding M&E team.
This business has recently secured a £400m multi-use development, alongside a strong portfolio of hospital, education, hotel, and decarbonisation projects, giving them a fully secured pipeline for the next 3+ years.
The Role
You'll be joining a small but established electrical team, taking a lead role in the technical delivery of projects across a diverse workload. This is a hands-on position suited to someone confident in both design and project leadership.
The team operates in a highly flexible, remote-first model, with most engineers working from home while staying closely connected through regular collaboration, socials, and company-wide events.
Key Responsibilities
Lead electrical design and technical delivery across multiple projects
Work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams
Support project coordination within a multidisciplinary environment
Contribute to quality assurance and technical standards
Mentor more junior engineers where required
