Position Summary
We are looking for an energetic individual to support and drive the operational aspects of the Finance department, working within the Group Finance team, reporting into the Finance Director.
As Dwelly continues to grow at a supercharged rate, you will be responsible for taking a hands-on approach for the day-to-day financial operations. We are looking for a focused individual, who is comfortable with ambiguity, embraces change and process improvement through automation. Key Responsibilities
* Performing monthly financial closing routines, ensuring accounting entries are recorded timely & accurately
* Performing bank account reconciliations along with bank allocations.
* Managing the automated payable solution (Tiplati), ensuring correcting allocation and approvals, along with maintenance of the purchase ledgers.
* Reviewing all intercompany account balances and reconciling across the group
* Revenue allocation into correct cost codes and reconciliation back to Ops system.
* Work on Balance sheet account reconciliations monthly. Ensuring all the accounts are reconciled, all the un-reconciled items are actioned.
* Assistance on acquisitions from a data and standardisation point of view.
* Supporting Finance Director in handling the audit process of group companies.
* With Dwelly being such a fast growth company there will be lots of other ad hoc projects/task/improvements to dive into to.

Qualifications and Education Requirements Candidates should possess the following qualifications
* University degree (Accounting/ Business related)
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in Finance
* Solid knowledge of financial reporting and analysis
* Proficient user of Xero
* Fluency in MS Office (or Google equivalents) Applications; Advance Excel, Word, PowerPoint
