Personal Assistant

£33k - £37k (DOE)
Full-time or Part-time role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to work as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (and owner) of this financial services business.
The Personal Assistant will provide proactive administrative support and ensure smooth flow of business across the team and within the office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, enjoy working with clients and have a strong ability to multitask.
Some of the key responsibilities of the Personal Assistant
* Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
* Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
* Liaise with external stakeholders i.e. banks (or other lenders), surveyors, accountants etc
* Conduct research and gather information as needed
* Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation
* As the first point of contact you will communicate via email and telephone with a range of stakeholders promptly whilst maintaining a professional attitude
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar senior support role
* Good Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
* You will be highly organised, proactive and enjoy problem-solving
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
* Occasionally assist with light personal administration for the owner
