As Group Marketing Manager, you’ll be part of our central marketing team, working closely with the Group Head of Brand Marketing to deliver campaigns across the UK and Ireland, with support on US activity where needed. This is a broad, hands‑on role where you’ll take ideas from concept through to execution, balancing creativity with strong delivery.
You’ll work across campaigns, content, partnerships and commercial activity, collaborating with teams across the business to ensure marketing supports both brand and performance.
What You’ll Do
* Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across UK and Ireland markets
* Take campaigns from idea through to execution, reporting and optimisation
* Write clear, engaging copy across campaigns, email, website and social
* Manage content creation, ensuring it reflects Hawksmoor’s tone and standards
* Build and maintain marketing calendars aligned to key commercial moments
* Work closely with restaurant, digital, CRM and PR teams to drive covers and engagement
* Manage agency and partner relationships to deliver high‑quality work
* Identify and deliver partnerships and local activations to grow brand awareness
* Use data and insight to measure performance and improve future activity
Who You Are
* An experienced Marketing Manager with a strong understanding of multi‑channel campaigns
* Experience working across entire marketing mix, multiple channels and markets, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle or similar sectors
* Comfortable supporting or contributing to international marketing activity is a plus
* A true marketing generalist, comfortable across brand, campaigns, digital, content and partnerships
* Comfortable owning projects end‑to‑end, from planning to delivery and analysis
* A confident writer with strong attention to detail and brand awareness
* Organised and able to manage multiple projects across different markets
* Commercially aware and able to link marketing activity to business performance
* A collaborative team player who builds strong relationships across the business
* Proactive, self‑starting and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
