Job Description
Pensions Administrator – Projects (entry-level) | Leeds | Hybrid
At Zatori, we are the search partner of choice for several leading firms in the DB pensions market. One of our long-standing clients is continuing to grow their Pension Administration team in Leeds and is looking to hire a Pension Administrator into their Projects team.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start or build a long-term career in pensions administration. You do not need previous pensions experience to be considered. If you are analytical, detail-oriented and comfortable working with Excel and data, this could be a great fit.
Pension administrators help make sure pension schemes are run accurately behind the scenes. This includes checking member records, reviewing data, helping process pension information correctly and supporting projects that improve how pension schemes operate.
What does the Projects team do?
The Projects team works on one-off pieces of work that sit outside the day-to-day running of pension schemes. This could include cleaning up pension data, helping move schemes onto new systems, carrying out member tracing exercises or supporting large-scale communications to pension members.
The work is very data and Excel-focused, making it well-suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, spotting inconsistencies and working in a structured environment.
Our client is widely regarded as one of the highest-quality pension administration firms in the market. They are also known for their strong training, internal progression opportunities and long-term investment in their people.
