Overview
Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator from a financial services / IFA environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the Financial Advisory team.
* Prepare and manage client documentation with a high level of accuracy.
* Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules effectively.
* Maintain and update client records in compliance with company policies.
* Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely communication.
* Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
* Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
* Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards in all processes.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within Financial Services.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of financial advisory processes and compliance requirements.
