Are you an organised and customer-focused Account Manager looking to join a growing manufacturing business supplying some of the world’s leading engineering companies?
We are recruiting two Customer Account Managers to join our client in Alcester, supporting key global customers within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
Job Description
* Be the key point of contact for customers, keeping them informed and answering queries about their orders
* Track customer orders through the factory and update customers on progress and delivery dates
* Enter, update and maintain customer orders accurately on the system, including any changes or amendments
* Work closely with internal teams to chase parts, resolve issues and keep orders moving as planned
* Prepare despatch paperwork and support the shipping of finished parts to customers
Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
* Experienced carrying out a similar customer account management position
* Well-versed managing internal and external stakeholders
* Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment/for a manufacturing organisation
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
