A housingpany based in South-West London is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work for an award-winningpany.
Your new role
Below is a list of day to day responsibilities for this role;
1. Resolving customer enquiries and being responsible for owning queries from start to finish through telephones, emails, social media and webchats
2. Maintain good relationships with tenants and leaseholders
3. Supporting customers with their needs
4. Investigate and resolve customerplaints by providing advice and guidance on a range of issues
5. Raising customer repairs and ensuring they are prioritised when necessary
6. Assist customers with their payments, charges, invoices and rent service charges
7. Building up a strong knowledge of repairs and housing and handling contact for either as a priority
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous housing experience. You will have at least 1 year of customer service experience, excellent written and verbalmunication skills and be able to organise and prioritise your workload efficiently. You will be able to deliver excellent customer service and have good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
What you'll get in return
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with a salary of £28,826 pro rata. You can choose the working hours from Monday – Thursday 8am-4:15, with Fridays 8am-4pm or Monday – Thursday 9-5:15 and 9am-5pm on Fridays.
