About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring smooth coordination between stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.
* Coordinate meetings, site visits, and communications between clients, contractors, and consultants.
* Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
* Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, drawings, and reports.
* Support procurement processes and manage logistics for materials and equipment.
* Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a construction or project coordination role.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
* Knowledge of construction processes and terminology.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
