IT Trainer We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive IT Trainer to join our IT Department on a permanent basis. What the role involves As an IT Trainer, you’ll help support and upskill our colleagues by: Delivering engaging training sessions on key IT systems and tools Creating clear, user-friendly training materials and resources Supporting ongoing development of our IT training strategy Working with the IT team to test, refine, and improve workflow systems Developing your understanding of best practices in case handling across RTA, EL/PL, and Employment What we are looking for We’re looking for someone who has: 2–4 years’ experience in a training role, preferably IT A solid understanding of Microsoft applications Familiarity with case management systems (we’ll provide full training) Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills An open mind and willingness to learn. Willingness to travel across our office network Experience with Mattersphere, Microsoft 365, or working in a multi‑site environment—but these are absolutely not essential.
