We are tasked withfinding a forward-thinking print production expert who will maintain thesestandards, managing all production methods while driving productivity.
This senior managerial role will focus on the continuousimprovement of processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and quality andexceeding customers high expectations.
Implementing a lean culture on site while driving continuousimprovements will be key.
The Production Director will lead a team of departmentalmanagers and production staff, Job Management, Pre-Press, Printing, Finishing,Fulfilment, Stock and Delivery. Your role will be to ensure a safe and healthyworking environment is provided and maintained for these employees within thedepartment.
We are looking for a confident, switched-on professional who isnot only self-driven, but who is also a team player. You must work with otherdepartment heads to ensure everything runs smoothly and in accordance with anyguidelines. Numeracy skills and a strong commercial acumen are key, ensuringfinancial targets within the production department are met.
