As part of our mission to innovate and improve, we’re looking for a Tariff Analyst to join our team and help shape the future of water pricing and customer impact. Based in either Exeter or Bristol, you’ll be joining us on a full-time permanent basis, where you will receive a competitive salary of up to £30,180 per annum plus excellent benefits. About the Role As Tariff Analyst you will evaluate the customer and commercial impacts of existing and trial tariffs. You’ll support the wider revenue and affordability reporting team and collaborate closely with the customer insight and reporting teams to ensure data-driven decisions that benefit our customers and business. What you’ll be doing * Analyse tariff data to assess impacts on customer segments and commercial outcomes * Track performance against financial budgets and develop forecasting reports * Support project delivery across teams to enhance operational effectiveness * Collaborate with operational teams to reduce customer debt through system enhancements * Produce and analyse debt data to identify performance improvements * Assist in developing reporting platforms and self-service tools for department heads * Create efficient data extraction and reporting methods * Provide cover for team members during absences * Maintain robust process documentation and ensure alignment with current practices What we’re looking for * Experience in regulated environments and performance tracking * Project work experience * Strong analytical skills and intermediate Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) * Desirable: Experience with SQL, R, PowerBI, and financial data handling * A collaborative team player with a customer-first mindset * Open to change and innovation in working practices What’s in it for you * We offer ongoing development and training for a long-term career with us.
