A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Southall is seeking a qualified Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their EYFS team on a part-time basis (2 days per week). About the role You will be working within the Early Years setting, supporting children’s development through a combination of structured activities and play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework. You will work closely with the class teacher to create a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment where children can thrive. The role includes supporting small group activities, assisting with observations and assessments, and promoting children’s social, emotional, and academic development.
